 A while back (feels like a million years ago, but it was probably only 4 or 5) I created a little deck for my actor friends about creating an actor brand using some of the techniques I've learned over the years doing corporate design. It's been gathering dust on a hard drive somewhere, but I thought it might be fun to dig it out, and see if it still offered any value. So, here it is: Take a read. Let me know what you think. |

We need to get this started. It seems we need authors to submit 5 pages or so of a script and we need actors to volunteer to read. Once we have enough of each we can choose a date and location and host our first reading. |

It explains the actors job is to "find a way to live truthfully under imaginary circumstances" and gives a simple three step approach to help you do that. The three steps to analyzing a scene are: 1.
